For me, too. It simply stopped working - it's not like I changed anything, so the uploaded photo I was using (successfully) at the time must have been linked properly and met the specs. Something must have changed at the other end.
But now I don't seem to be able to create a profile photo at all. If you have any clues, let me know. I'll check to see whether blogger has a current issue with profile pics.
Dammit, I wonder why the pic feature in my profile won't work at the moment. The pics it keeps not showing should conform to specifications.
