Have you or your publicist (who may also be you) tried to get on The Daily Show? I imagine Jon Stewart would be interested in your book.
It's hard, we've found in the past, to get those sorts of gigs. Difficult enough to get to talk at local writers' weeks, etc., alas. We're working on some things, but I'm not sure what it'll come to.
Russell might have more fun appearing on the Corbert Report.!
