Inching closer on the thesis front

As of today, the report on the thesis front is this.

Four copies are with a bookbinder being bound in a nice shiraz format with gold lettering. I pick them up on Tuesday. Meanwhile, my principal supervisor has signed off on it. There's another form I need to get signed by my head of school, so I'll need to track her down on Monday or Tuesday ... but it really seems to be going in. I can't believe it, after all this time.

If you're worried that you might have a spot of free time after this, Craig Venter and friends have an interesting commentary piece on personal genomics and medicine.

Lol, I think I need a rest. Actually, there's a lot of work to be done on Voices of Disbelief and JET. More announcements soon.

Well done Russell. I'm in awe. Every time I talk to someone who's done a Phd I feel like I'm a bit of a slacker (which I am). Because the amount of work required to beat it into shape, (after having done the research and other stuff) is beyond me I believe. Congrats again.

Best of luck with the examiners.
