It wouldn't surprise me if it were just a publicity stunt for a book this guy publishes. http://www.mcgproductionsltd.co.uk/Authors.htmlI notice that on October 12th they uploaded the opening chapter. Perhaps its not selling very well and they are trying to drum up interest.
I think that the author is trying to take advantage of the public interest in the case hence uploading his free chapters. It's the best thing he could do really because the more people who read it the more will realise that it is a pile of crap.
