Many of the points he makes are against the grain of intellectual fashion.<BR/><BR/>It's not just religion and corporations that have done a lot of damage. I think the political Left has a lot to answer for in its repudiation of Enlightenment ideals and the succour it has given to anti-science irrationalism and socially conservative attitudes.
